Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager (Non-Technical) to support and coordinate operational projects, administrative procedures, and business operations related to our expanding e-commerce business.

Position: Project Manager (Non-Technical)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $37.00 – $38.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)

Position Available: 1

Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Job Duties:

Coordinate and oversee operational and administrative projects related to MarketVan’s e-commerce activities and business operations;
Develop and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, and operational timelines to support efficient workflow and project completion;
Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, external vendors, and internal departments to coordinate project activities and operational procedures;
Monitor project progress and prepare operational reports, project updates, and administrative documentation for management review;
Review administrative procedures and operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
Coordinate operational planning and execution for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special sales initiatives;
Organize meetings, maintain project records, and facilitate communication among departments involved in project implementation;
Respond to operational issues and assist management in implementing practical solutions and business improvement strategies.
 

Qualifications:

·         Completion of secondary school is required;

·         Completion of a college diploma or university degree in business administration, commerce, project management, or a related field is required;

·         At least 3 years of previous experience in project coordination, office administration, e-commerce, or a related field is required;

·         Strong organizational and time management skills;

·         Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal;
