We are currently hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager for our Surrey location who will be responsible for the restaurant operations.

Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Wage: $34.62 - $35.62 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay & 50% employee discount for the meals at Pho Hoa

Responsibility:
• Manage, monitor, control, develop the restaurant operations and make appropriate adjustments when needed;
• Regulate staffing levels and recruit a sufficient number of staff as needed;
• Control and manage inventory to keep track of orders and remaining items,
• Check staff job performance and service quality and oversee the training procedures;
• Monitor and analyze the restaurant performance including order quantity, revenues, and expenses;
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure regulations are well met;
• Contact suppliers and place orders of required ingredients, supplies, and equipment accordingly;
• Plan and lead catering services on and off sites when needed.

Qualification:
• College diploma is usually required;
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry are required;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English.
