Retail Sales Manager - E-Commerce

The candidate must have the following qualification/experience in e-commerce：<br>• Already have a list of established clients and suppliers;<br>• To work with our inhouse or outside web and app designer to ensure that the presentation is eye-catching and easy to use;<br>• To find and negotiates contractual terms with a third party platform to sell our goods and services;<br>• To monitor the performance of our sales platform to ensure the maximum sales and profit;<br>• To prepare a yearly budget which will be submitted to the company President and ensure that the expenses and income meets or exceed the budget;<br>• To develop, implement and monitor e-commerce sales strategy;<br>• To research new market trends for goods and services that can be sold on our e-commerce platform;<br>• To manage and direct our purchasing agents to find new products or service either in Canada or China to sell on our various e-commerce platforms.<br>• To hire, fire, train and evaluates the work performance of the purchasing agents;<br>• To manage and direct our customer sales agents;<br>• To hire, fire, train and evaluates customer sales agents;<br>• To resolve customer complaints;<br>• Because we have a customer base of Chinese origin, it would be an asset for the candidate to be able to communicate in Mandarin and also be aware of the latest market trend in China which may interest them.
