</p><p>Industrial Electrician / NOC 7242</p><p>Metro Painting Company is seeking an Industrial Electrician to conduct all duties to this position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.</p><p>Job title: Industrial Electrician<br>Location: Varies in lower Mainland<br>Email: info.metropaintingcompany@gmail.com<br>Number of vacancies: 1<br>Shift: 35 hours per week</p><p>Hourly rate: $ 40.00 CAD</p><p>Main Duties:<br><br>• Assemble circuit breakers, switches or other electrical control equipment and position and fasten components into assembly casings.<br>• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.<br>• Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fibre-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.<br>• Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for their performance.<br>• Maintain, install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators and reactors.<br>• Maintain, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.<br>• Troubleshoot industrial, electrical and electronic control systems.<br>• Ensure preventive maintenance programs and keep records.<br>Qualifications &amp; skills:<br>• Completion of secondary school is required.<br>• 4 to 5 years of work experience.<br>• Trade or construction electrician is an asset.<br>• Red Seal is an asset</p>
