</p><p>Vacancies-2</p><p>$15.75/Hour<br>40 hours per week<br>Permanent employment, Full time</p><p>Languages- English</p><p>Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience</p><p>Experience- 7 months to less than 1 year</p><p>Specific Skills:<br>Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,<br>Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef,<br>Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,<br>Order supplies and equipment,<br>Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,<br>Clean kitchen and work areas,<br>Organize and manage buffets and banquets</p><p>Additional Skills:<br>Knowledge and experience of cooking and preparing Indian sub-continent dishes. (India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan)<br>Knowledge in making Tandoori dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Butter Tikka and Kebab.<br>Knowledge and experience of making appetizers, Main course, such as Samosa, Pakora, Butter Chicken, Curries and more<br>Experience of making Indian breads and Naans, such as, Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Roti.</p><p>Cuisine Specialities:<br>Indian/ East Indian</p><p>Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:<br>Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Standing for extended periods</p><p>Work Setting<br>Supermarket/grocery store</p>
