Hydraulic Systems Technician / Heavy-Duty Technician

Job Description:
Lanz Mechanical Ltd located at (business and work location) 10304 – 120 Street, Unit D, Surrey, BC requires permanent, Full Time (40 hour per week) qualified Hydraulic Systems Technician / Heavy-Duty Technician. The applicant must be familiar and knowledgeable with hydraulic and electrical systems and disassembling and re-assembling all types of forklift components.

Duties include:
– Check equipment for performance and inspect to detect faults
-maintenance, diagnostics and repairs of small to large forklifts and container handlers for malfunctions and faults
-cleaning, lubricating and maintaining equipment
– Conduct performance testing on repaired equipment to ensure they meet the manufacturer’s specifications

Key Qualifications

-completion of a vocational program or apprenticeship program or 4 years of work experience.
