Our hotel boasts 57 rooms with convenient outdoor entrances, ensuring easy access for our guests. Additionally, we offer free parking services, on-site restaurants, and a meeting room. Currently, we are looking for a qualified Non-technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative operations related to project planning and administrative management processes.
Job Title: Non-technical Project Manager
Wage: $36.60 – $37.60 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1
Benefit: 4% vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Job Duties:
• Set work priorities, assign tasks to front-desk and office staff, and ensure schedules, deadlines, and service standards are consistently met;
• Oversee and coordinate administrative operations related to project planning and administrative management processes, reviewing existing workflows and implementing improvements.
• Compile operational and project-related data and prepare regular reports, guidelines, manuals, and formal communications for management, staff, and external partners;
• Ensure proper handling, confidentiality, and release of guest, operational, and project records in accordance with privacy policies and internal guidelines;
• Coordinate and manage administrative and operational activities related to project planning, oversight of guest booking systems, check-in/out processes, and reservation record management;
• Coordinate and plan essential inn services, including room and assignments, staff accommodations, equipment and supply ordering, maintenance scheduling, and on-site security needs;
• Monitor and oversee administrative operations related to project budgeting, contracting, vendor coordination, and project planning and management processes.
• Assist with preparing operating budgets, tracking expenses, and maintaining inventory and budget controls;
• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to administrative, front-desk, or records-handling staff, as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration may be required;
• At least 1+ year of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial
position related to office administration is usually required.
• Great team player and multi-tasking ability;
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Working knowledge of English
