C.Choi Pharmacy Ltd. o/a Shoppers Drug Mart in Osoyoos is seeking a dedicated, positive, and self-motivated Store Manager – Retail to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the daily operations of the front store in a fast-paced retail environment.

Work Location: 8305 Main St, Osoyoos, BC V0H 1V0

Position: Store Manager – Retail

Wage: $38.40 per hour

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefits: 4% vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Responsibility:

·        Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of Shoppers Drug Mart in Osoyoos

·        Recruit, manage, supervise, schedule and evaluate staff

·        Assing duties and provide training and performance feedback

·        Maintain merchandising standards for health, beauty, seasonal, and convenience products in accordance with Shoppers Drug Mart guidelines

·        Develop and implement marketing strategies

·        Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of front store merchandise to ensure product availability while minimising inventory losses

·        Prepare and manage operational budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues and expenses to achieve financial objectives.

·        Work closely with the Pharmacy manager and pharmacy team to ensure smooth front store and pharmacy operations

Job Requirements:

·        Completion of secondary school is required.

·        A university degree or college diploma in business administration is preferred.

·        2 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required
