At Pro Nails 2023 Ltd., we are a busy and growing nail salon committed to providing high-quality nail care and customer service in a professional and welcoming environment.

Pro Nails is currently seeking a full-time Nail Salon Manager to oversee salon operations, supervise staff, and support the continued growth of our busy nail salon in Langley. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient daily operations, strong customer service standards, and a professional salon environment.

Work Location: 904-6339 200 St, Langley, BC V2Y 1A2

Position: Nail Salon Manager

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent 

Wage: $38.00- $40.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week 

Starting date: As Soon As Possible 

Positions Available: 1

Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay

Responsibility: 

·         Plan, organize, and oversee daily salon operations;

·         Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate salon staff;

·         Ensure high standards of customer service and salon cleanliness;

·         Implement salon procedures, sanitation standards, and workplace policies;

·         Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally;

·         Monitor staff performance and support operational efficiency;

·         Manage inventory and coordinate purchasing of salon products and supplies;

·         Assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention of salon employees;

·         Coordinate promotional activities and support marketing initiatives;

·         Recommend operational improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification: 

Completion of secondary school is required;
A college diploma or vocational certificate in a related field is an asset;
At least 3 years of experience in salon operations, beauty services, or a related customer service environment is required;
Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
