Immigration Management ‘Si-Won’ is a multi-service consulting company that provides services in education, immigration, marketing, recruiting, and accounting. Currently, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who can direct and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns for Si-Won and clients.

Position: Marketing Manager                                            

Wage: $53.00 – $55.00 per hour (Depending on Qualification and Work Experience)

Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay + Five Paid Sick days per year

Work Location: #300-1111 Melville Street, Vancouver, B.C. Canada, V6E 3V6

Job Duties:

·         Direct, oversee, and evaluate long-term marketing strategies of Si-Won and clients, using ROI analysis and performance metrics to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives;

·         Direct and oversee marketing team, and the activities of marketing coordinators, providing leadership and performance evaluations to ensure departmental targets are met.

·         Assist in development of new services based on market demand and feedback;

·         Plan, direct, and oversee the day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns of Si-Won and clients ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives;

·         Develop and maintain strategic distribution channels and networks for services and products to maximize market reach and sales efficiency;  

·         Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all information programs and marketing activities maintain a consistent brand identity for Si-Won and clients.

·         Design, launch and evaluate market research projects to identify market trends, and competitor positioning;

·         Interpret and analyze data from market studies to provide leadership advice on business trends, and new opportunities;

·         Manage and authorize departmental expenditures, ensuring the efficient allocation of financial resources across various marketing and promotional campaigns;

Qualification:

·         A university degree in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing is required;

·         At least 3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation are required.

·         Strong leadership, and problem-solving skills;

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·         Highly organized, creative, and detail oriented

·         Working knowledge of English is required.
