At Chi Nails, we provide professional nail care and creative beauty services in a welcoming and relaxing environment. We are currently hiring a dedicated Nail Salon Manager to oversee salon operations and support our growing team.

Position Details

·         Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00 – $38.00 per hour

·         Hours: 30 hours per week

·         Start Date: As soon as possible

·         Vacancies: 1

·         Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay

·         Work Location: 26A – 800 McBride Blvd, New Westminster, BC V3L 2B8

Responsibility: 

·         Plan, organize, and oversee daily salon operations and staff activities;

·         Supervise salon staff and monitor service quality and customer satisfaction;

·         Schedule staff shifts and maintains efficient workflow within the salon;

·         Hire, train, and support salon employees to maintain company standards;

·         Develop and implement salon policies, procedures, and customer service standards;

·         Manage salon inventory, purchase supplies, and control operating costs;

·         Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally;

·         Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to salon operations;

·         Coordinate promotional and marketing activities to attract and retain customers.

Qualification: 

Completion of secondary school is required;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the nail salon or beauty service industry is required;
Strong communication and leadership skills;
Good organizational and time management abilities;
Working knowledge of English is required.
