Wage: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour (depending on work experience)

Working hours: Average 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Benefit: 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Job duties and responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers;
· Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers;
· Process returns and refunds according to store policy;
· Maintain inventory and ensure products are properly displayed;
· Assist customers and sell merchandise when required;
· Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages;
· Order merchandise and maintain inventory records;
· Report sales results and staff performance to management;
· Hire, train, and monitor performance of new sales staff.

Qualifications

· Completion of secondary school is required;
· Since we are looking for an experienced person, we require 2+ years of experience in retail sales;
· Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills;
· Working knowledge of English.
