Senior Coach

Job Description:
Top Level Taekwondo & Martial Arts Academy is hiring for a Senior Coach.

Job duties are as follows:
• Train and prepare the team to compete, participate, and represent our Academy in competitive events.
• Plan, implement and modify training programs and competitive strategies.
• Develop the skills and abilities of the athletes of our Academy at a competitive level.
• Analyse our athletes’ performance and identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Plan and coordinate competitive schedules and programs.
• Direct our athletes and during competitive events.
• Manage assistant coaches.

Job requirements:
• At least 5 years related coaching/instructor experience; and
• Minimum first dan kukkiwon certified black belt.

Additional information:
• Full-time, year-round, permanent position.
• Wage: $34.07/hour
