Our services include manicures, pedicures, acrylic and gel nails, nail art, waxing, and other relaxing treatments. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment where staff can improve their skills and grow with the team. Currently, Lexi Nails & Spa is seeking a full-time Nail Care Technician to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Position: Nail Care Technician
Wage: $22 per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Starting date: As Soon As Possible
Work Location: 11688 Steveston Hwy, 8030, Richmond, British Columbia, V7A 1N6

Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Responsibility:
• Design and create custom nail art and styles tailored to client preferences.
• Apply and remove artificial nails and nail art in accordance with client requests.
• Clean, trim, shape, and polish nails to maintain professional grooming standards.
• Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions using industry-approved techniques.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent, high-quality service.
• Demonstrate and promote nail care products to clients as needed.
• Perform professional manicures in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
• Perform professional pedicures ensuring comfort, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive salon experience.

Qualification:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Completion of a recognized beauty school/college program in nail care, esthetics or related field is required or equivalent on-the-job training will be provided.
• One year of experience in the service is usually required.
• Working knowledge of English;
• Great problem solving and time management skills;
